People Tried to Bring a Lot of Crazy Stuff on Planes Last Year

January 29, 2014It’s Tuesday, you don’t really want to work…
Everybody loves a great time waster, right? Right. Google is a notorious advocate of time wasting, indicated by the animations, games and other Easter eggs that they put into the search bar. Well, this time they teamed up with LEGO in promotion for the upcoming ‘LEGO Movie’ to bring us the ultimate time-waster.
Build LEGOs in your browser
I used to build whole cities with the LEGO blocks when I was younger, and then I’d have the Cobra Commander come through and occupy the town, forcing the G.I. Joe’s to come in and save the day with a giant firefight. It was amazing. This is the only reason I’m looking forward to having children (the ONLY reason)–I just want to play LEGO’s without being judged. If I could play LEGO’s and get paid, do you think I’d be writing blogs? Of course not.
The cool thing about the Google and LEGO team up is that you can use your location to place look-alike buildings through the virtual world. You can also check out other people’s creations and explore the landscape of buildings people have built in your area.
This is pretty much the greatest way to spend a Tuesday (the redheaded step-child of the week). Please don’t tell my boss.
